I Too Have carried a lot. I’m still standing
One Life. Many Roles.
From leading teams to caregiving three generations, I’ve lived the tension of holding it all — and losing myself in the process.
Now, I help women rediscover themselves in the space between who they’ve been… and who they’re becoming.

From Corporate Strategy to Caregiver Survival — and Everything After
For over 20 years, I’ve thrived in executive leadership — building teams, leading operations, and delivering results in high-pressure environments. I loved the work. I was good at it. But behind the titles and timelines, I was living a second life: full-time caregiver to three generations of family.
There were spreadsheets at work… and medication charts at home.
Team meetings in the morning… and emergency room visits at night.
The truth? I was burning out quietly. And like so many women, I didn’t know how to ask for help — or even admit how much I needed it.
That caregiving season reshaped everything: my body, my faith, my energy, my identity. I came out the other side with more questions than answers — but also with deeper clarity and conviction.
This is the space I needed back then.
Now I offer it to others.
Today, I use everything I’ve lived — from business boardrooms to hospice bedrooms — to support women in the messy, sacred, often-invisible work of caregiving, healing, and rediscovery.
